How does it work?

Easy! You basically go on our order page, choosing the number of calories you want to eat and the program. If you don’t know how many calories you need – you can use our calorie calculator or contact our customer support and they will be able to assist you with that. You place your order for a minimum of a week. You can see pictures of the menu sample below the order window! Then, when you place an order we will deliver it to you on the first available delivery day!

How much is shipping?

Toronto GTA and Richmond Hill area are free delivery. Additional fees may apply for the Brampton, Markham, and Aurora

What is the area of delivery?

We deliver all around Toronto GTA. Including Richmond Hill, Aurora, Scarborough, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke. (Additional fees may apply)

When do you deliver?

We deliver 3 times per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Between 4:30 pm and 9pm

How are you packaging the meals?

We pack your food in our leak-proof, microwave, and freezer safe food cases. After that, we deliver your food in special insulated cooling bags to deliver it to you fresh. Ultimately, you will receive your food in a regular organic paper bag. However, if you will need to transport your food after receiving it (from the job to home, for example), please check the box “I need ice packs and the box”. It is completely free.

What if I’m not at home at the time of the delivery?

Our courier will give you a message when we will be delivering your meals. In case you’re not home or not able to receive it – please leave instructions during placing the order in the box “Order instructions”.

Do meals cook safely?

Meals cook completely safe in covid and bacteria-free environment. Our meals completely meet all health and safety requirements

How long can my food last?

The food can last up to a week. We always ensure freshness of our food, but it’s better to eat it in the first 3-4 days(if you not freezing it), in order to some ingredients do not change the taste

Can I auto subscribe?

You can easily do an auto subscription by pressing the check box ”Recurring subscription” on the payment screen. Please note, this option is available only on a monthly (4 weeks) basis or weekly basis (1 week). By choosing this option, you will receive a link on email by which you can extend your subscription by one more billing cycle. If you don’t go by the link, we will not charge your card, and you will not receive services for the next billing cycle. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support for this matter.

Can I heat or freeze the food?

Yes, you can freeze food. You also can heat it in a microwave or oven. Some of our customer like to place their food on their plates to be more comfortable

Can I modify my meals?

No, unfortunately, we cannot offer a modification option. We will be able to substitute some of the allergies to particular products like nuts. Please contact our customer support in prior.

How can we deal with allergy?

We cannot modify the menu much, but we are always happy to help our customers. Please, notify us in the notes box when you place the order or contact our customer support in advance. We will be able to substitute some of the allergies to particular products like nuts. However, we cannot deal with gluten allergies and lactose allergies at the moment. We have some gluten and lactose free dishes, but not all of them.

When do I need to order by?

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are asking you to place an order 48 hours prior. For example, for orders being delivered on Monday, you need to place an order no later than 12 pm Saturday. For orders being delivered on Wednesday, you need to place an order no later than 12 pm Monday. For orders being delivered on Friday, you need to place an order no later than 12 pm Wednesday.

Is the meet halal?

Yes! All meet which we using is halal.

I don’t know which calorie I need?

That is not a problem! We have a calorie calculator on our website, which can help you to choose the program depending on your goal. However, you also can contact our customer support, and they will be happy to help you with that!

I just found out that I have a trip and I don’t need my meals. What should I do?

All meals we prepare fresh. In case you cannot give us 72 hours prior notice and stop the order, you don’t need to worry. You can easily put your meals in the freezer and enjoy them when you return.

Do I eat the same food every week?

No. Some meals can repeat from week to week, but the weekly menu is changing
